Job Description:

Technical Service Implementation of Enterprise Fixed Services projects in Vodafone Spain:

• Service implementation of the Fixed DSL ,Direct Access and Non Direct Services

• Responsible for Rollout and Migration for Fixed Services

• Troubleshoot and Resolve all Problems to establish connectivity over leased line and DSL Services .

• Establishing and Maintaining Technical Relationships with the carriers in Spain

•Deliver all Orders within the targeted KPI

• Maintaining service level agreements.
