About the Role

 

The proposed role will be responsible to ensure accuracy and due diligence/ compliance across all Warehouses and Stores to ensure our Financial assets are protected and support the increase in sales across all locations. The role will support the Assistant Manager and Executives to oversee any projects and stock discrepancies and be an important asset to the Demand Planning team also.

Key Role Specific Accountabilities:

• Inventory Management
• Damage Control Location Monitoring
• KPI Development and Management
• Return to Supplier Management
• Store Variance Management + Resolution Control
• SOP development and assistance
• Supply Chain Design and Excellence
• GRN (Inbound) + Outbound Inspection + Inbound Inspection (Last Mile) Monitoring

 

About You

Education:

Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Supply Chain, Commerce or Business Administration OR CIPS/ APICS qualifications.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain functions.

Thorough understanding of Middle East import/export government & custom rules and regulations.

Working Knowledge in SAP or any other ERP software.

Intermediate/ Advanced skills in MS office applications.
 
Job-Specific Skills:

Knowledge and understanding  of SAP basic/Intermediate

Knowledge and understanding of Inventory Management

Understanding of the implications of timely operation transactions and aware of the impact if not met.

Organized and Results driven approach to delivering on time.

Project Management understanding and alignment to deadlines.
 
Behavioural Competencies :

Excellent communication skills and highly influential in ensuring the concerted efforts from all internal and external parties to deliver the results within agreed time lines.

Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills to develop within a growing organisation.

Ability to manage a high number of concurrent priorities with key timelines.

SOP & process driven.
