Junior Accountant at Millensys Software Company

Location: New Cairo

Report to: Chief Accountant

Job Summary
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Processing inventory reconciliations & adjustments
• Maintain and record fixed assets
• Knowledge of VAT & Income Tax
• Follow up invoice for sending to customer.

Job Requirements:
• BSc/Ba in accounting or finance
• 1 year of experience
• Good Command of English
• Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel is a must. )
• Preferred live in Cairo
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
