Job Description:

Manage the process of Tender Invitations and full bid packages for contractors.
Manage suppliers during tender to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
Study the contract documents of the project and develop full tender comparison reports.
Negotiate with contractors to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met.
Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Management Team.
Issuance of Purchase order and drafting of contract agreements.

Job Requirements:
Education:

Civil or Architecture Engineering

Relevant Experience:

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Perform suppliers sourcing, selection and development.
Regularly train on company development programs.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
Ability to study Tender documents, deal with invoices & B.O.Q.
Understanding of building construction specification sheets & alternative materials.
