Job Description:
- Oversee the smooth operation of Resource Management delivered across multiple regions
- Drive the highest level of internal customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement across people & process
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to enable Resource Management to best support Deploy Delivery
- Manage a team of country aligned and internal RDC focused Resource Managers to perform at the highest level
- Engages as part of Global Resource Management leadership team to drive best practice across the EMEA region.
- Maintains and exceeds Resource Management KPI’s,
Job Requirements:
Relevant Experience:
- Leadership experience (2+ years)
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Senior stakeholder management
- Can build deep relationships with key stakeholders remotely
- Knowledge of Deploy Services business
- Understand financial & operational metrics relevant to a services business
