Location: Down Town
Job Description:
- Provide customer assistance and support primarily via phone, email for technical and account queries/issues.
- Assist customers in sourcing self-service options on VMware’s support website
- Maintains good customer relationships.
- Working with other VMware internal teams solving different issues.
- Resolve Incidents within the specified Service Level Agreements.
- Assist customers in managing license keys and account information.
- Coordinating with customers to identify and define the cases requirements, scope and objectives.
- Create technical cases and identify case priority, and proper team.
- Assist customers following up on technical support requests.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Fluent English language, second European language is a plus
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Excellent negotiations skills
- Agility & Flexibility
- Excellent Team player
- Willing to learn and develop
