Location: Nasr City

Job Description:

• Design, implement, and support highly-performance, highly-available infrastructure of on-premises hardware and on public clouds such as Amazon and Alibaba.
• Analyzes and resolves problems associated with the server’s OS, hardware and Software.
• Day-to-day operations of the systems including systems administration, monitoring and storage performance.
• Assisting with internal and external support of deployed IT and Web services
• Planning, Implementation and monitoring of backups, disaster plans and fault tolerance.
• Supports and troubleshoots issues of LAN, WAN, Intranet, Internet, servers, firewalls and services.
• Administrates users’ accounts by adding/deleting/modifying accounts, email accounts, FTP accounts, chat accounts, Antivirus and handle authentication and authorization on resources.
• Participation in service cloud based administration such as Antivirus, Office 365, SharePoint and Monitoring/Alerting systems
• Maintain stability and functionality of Cloud servers, fine tuning cloud performance and cloud cost optimization.
• Updating the technical documentation and the team knowledge base.
• Assess new technologies and products, applying industry best practices and methodologies to operations activities.
• Participate in the overall secure design and performance of system/server’s environment.
• Conducting periodic safety tests of system performance, reliability, and load, assists the service desk and operations in resolving system performance issues.
• Take lead in resolving operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement necessary corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence

Job Requirements:

         Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (Communications engineering or computer science background is preferred)

• MTA/MCSA Certificate is a must, MCSE is preferred.
• Security certification is a huge plus.
• Cisco certification is a plus.
• Cloud Certification is a huge plus
• ITIL foundation.

Relevant Experience:

• + 5 years minimum experience as a dedicated Microsoft system administrator in a large-scale enterprise environment is a must.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• n-depth knowledge of virtualization technology, VXRail, Data domain and Avamar are preferred.
• Certification of one of the 6/9 months MCIT/ITI diplomas is a plus
• Expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies such as Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Excellent English written and spoken.
• Excellent shell scripting skills such PowerShell / Python is a plus. Knowledge of Apache/MySQL/Tomcat/WebLogic is a huge plus
• Experience in systems security, fault tolerance, disaster recovery and backup technologies/implementations.
• Excellent hardware/networking administration skills.
• Excellent experience in Cloud as MS Azure, AWS and Alibaba.
• Excellent experience in Client management systems, Asset management, and operation management systems.
• Knowledge of Storage management, provisioning, and optimization.
• Very Good Presentation, analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.
• Experience with using/administration the ticketing systems.
