Job Description:
- Deep knowledge of the concepts and application of Service Management generally, Customer Experience Management, and OSS Tools as Micro Focus ITOM suite (OpsBridge, BSM, BPM, RUM, Diagnostics, UCMDB, Operations Orchestration and SiteScope, and NNMi), Appdynamics, Dynatrace
- Design, configuration, optimization and administration of IT and network service management tools and related software and hardware like Micro Focus ITOM Suite, Appdynamics and Dynatrace
- Ability to build and optimize business services, business processes and IT services modelling
- Understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Capacity and Performance Management ITIL disciplines
Job Requirements:
Education:
- B.S Computer of Telecommunications Engineering or B.S Computer Science Required.
Relevant Experience:
- 5+ Years of strong experience of Microfcous Monitoring tools design, implementation and configuration
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Strong Experienced in monitoring solutions design, and Businessservices modelling, and data quality control
- Deep Technical knowledge of Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, and Microsoft Windows Server computer operating systems
- Understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Capacity and Performance Management ITIL disciplines.
- Proven experiencein system administration and web service test automation.
- Technical knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, Object Oriented Programming languages and Test Driven Development.
- Technical knowledge of SNMP, HTTP, SOAP, IPv4, IPv6 and similar network management related protocols.
- Technical knowledge of XML, JDBC/ODBC, SQL, Java, JavaScript, shell, and similar network management related languages.
- Solid communication Skills, Oral and Written.
- Ability to grasp new technology quickly
- TOGAF or equivalent certification is a plus
- Knowledge of Micro Focus ITOM tools suite (UCMDB/Operations bridge/SiteScope / BPM / RUM / NNM / Diagnostics /Operations Orchestrator/ ArcSight)
- Solid understanding of virtualization, containerization and cloud technologies
- Experience with producing business cases,UML & Service modelling or Business Process Modelling experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing, deploying, and implementing a commercial enterprise performance and capacity monitoring system.
- Demonstrated experience developing system integration and automation capability to improve operational response time and accuracyin diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate system efficiency, develop system performance metrics, and drive continual process improvement of IT/network management systems.
