Job Description:
- The Assistant Banker is an important pillar within the Front Office of the Private Bank The position holders main responsibility is to support 12 Relationship Managers and their clients
- The position holder handles all client requests pertaining to Basic Banking products and serviceseg transactions cheque books fixed deposits statements etc and manages the clients accounts and their documentation requirements In addition the Assistant Banker will support the assigned Relationship Managers with administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 12 years related work experience
- Experience in a customer care service environment
- Experience in the framework and business etiquette in MENA markets
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Advanced knowledge of Basic Banking products services as well as associated operational processes
- Good understanding of Compliance Due Diligence and AntiMoney Laundering Acts as well as standard banking procedures
- Diligent with an attention to detail
- Customer Service attitude and professional behavior
