Job Description:
- Strategic analysis and recommendations for short, mid and long term space
- solutions to ensure efficiency.
- Development of ISO system and implementation of the ISO standards within property management environment.
- Excellent understanding for the real estate market.
- Experience in preparation of feasibility studies.
- Coordination with ADNOC respective departments and various stake holders
- Experience in planning various activities in property management.
- Analyze data and estimate projected revenues.
- Making estimations for timescales and costs.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management/ Relevant Degree. Good Technical/ Engineering Knowledge
Relevant Experience:
- 8 Years Relevant Experience.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- ISO certified
- Planning
- Quality control
- Budgeting
