The incumbent will be responsible to provide secure and timely driving services to transport passengers and/or goods and documents. Collect and deliver bank related documents. Assist with pick up of office purchases. Timely completion of any other task assigned by the Administration team.

Logistics Support: 

• Provide transportation for office staff/camp associates as advised by the administration team. 
• Support administration team by assisting with collecting and delivering office related documents.
• Deliver correspondence to Government/external authorities and assist in processing various permits. 
• Facilitates airport pickup/drop when assigned.
• Assist passengers in embarking and disembarking to and from the vehicle, ensuring their safety and we'll being. 
• Use standard maps and GPS devices, to map safe routes to destination, ensuring that the timelines are met.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Perform vehicle inspection and assess vehicle condition, such as checking fuel level, tire pressure before and after each trip. 
• Maintain the vehicle clean and safe and ensure that it is mechanically sound. 
• Perform both preventive and regular maintenance on assigned vehicle and ensure that proper detailing is performed.
• Schedule annual vehicle examination with transportation department. 
• Keep general track of maintenance.
• Notify supervisors of any major repairs and maintenance required.

Documentation: 

• Maintain driving log of each vehicle on a daily basis, prepare vehicle performance forms and complete daily paperwork. 
• Keep track of timely car insurance renewals.
• Safe Maintenance of all vehicle related documents.

Miscellaneous:

• Report any accidents or injuries to Supervisors immediately.
• Follow all driving laws and road regulations. 
• Adhere to company operating policies and procedures. 
• Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene. 
• Assist all staff in a courteous manner. 
• Works in a flexible working schedule.

The Driver will report to the Administration Manager.

To be a successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in U.A.E. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the roads in the respective emirate of employment desired. A U.A.E. driver's license (light and / or heavy) is mandatory. You will have the ability to speak, read and write in English is a MUST.

The Driver will have to demonstrate excellent interpersonal & leadership qualities, be customer focused and be able to handle multiple and often conflicting priorities. Being reliable and honest. Being flexible and proactive. Good communication skills. Being able to work with one or more teams. It is essential the incumbent should have a collaborative management style. Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment. Should have a high comfort level working in a diverse environment. Open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
