HR Transformation Leader - Shared Services | AlFuttaim | Dubai
About the role:
The role of HR Transformation Leader will play a key role in delivering a highly complex and game changing HR Transformation program in AL Futtaim. We have high expectations on the role as we are looking for someone who can blend various areas of the transformational arena and deliver comprehensive solutions and interventions of both tactical and strategic nature. Al Futtaim are investing in state of the art HR Technology and the transformation program is all about ensuring that we improve the effectiveness of the HR function whilst enhancing the employee experience, creating an HR function that is supporting the future ambitions of the Al Futtaim group.
Key responsibilities:
. The job will require a blend of HR technology, process and operating model experience, coupled with hands on Project and Change Management knowledge. The role will suit someone who is confident presenting and collaborating across all levels in the group and with experience from working internationally in complex and matrixed enterprises.
- The role holder will have the opportunity to improve our existing Process & Technology landscape which is a mixture of SaaS and on-Premise technology. However, the emphasis on the role will be to play a leading role in technology enabled HR Transformations - we are looking to change our core HR engines across the group in the next 12-18 months and with this improve our ways of working and our processes.
More specifically it will mean:
- Through co-creation and collaboration working with the HR COEs design, plan and deliver HR
Transformation interventions, including change management
- Facilitation of design and governance workshops
- Acting as an interlock between group HRIS team and the wider HR communities
- Project Management of process, people and technology initiatives
- Support the management of the HRIS roadmap and strategy and ensure there is follow through
- Support in preparation of business cases and "case for change" where relevant
- Lead and mentor more junior members of the HRIS and Project Teams
Capabilities and skills:
- Workshop preparation and facilitation, design thinking experience is a bonus
- Hands on knowledge of SaaS HR systems and processes, preferably SuccessFactors
- Project Management experience including agile ways of working
- Outcome orientation, with an appetite for getting things done
- Leadership and influencing skills
- Managing ambiguity and conflicting priorities
