Job Description

 

1. Organize work schedules and assignments for ramp employees
2. Personal supervision of cargo process, unloading/offloading of baggage and cargo on flights, including cleaning interior of aircrafts.
3. Supervision of the tasks of the agents under his command
4. Handling of the Ramp-Links device, for the process of offloading and later loading of the aircraft, using load shipment, according to the policy of our clients for the purposes.
5. Management and monitoring of the individual behavior of employees under his command, based on company policy
    
    

Job Qualifications

1. Professional ramp staff management (Resources)
2. Must be willing to work extended hours, including holidays and weekends
3. Must be able to effectively manage stress and work with minimal supervision.
4. Must be able to prepare and update computerized daily files, weekly and monthly tasks of the company.
5. Knowledge in the management of programs, Excel, Word
