  • Respond to all captain’s inquiries/issues via phone.
  • Be aware of all captain help inquiries/issues
  • Resolve financial/cash/in ride issues of captains.
  • Communicate with customers via phone if needed.
  • Follow any tasks assigned by team leader/supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Relevant Experience:

  • 2 years of experience.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication/negotiation skills.
  • Problem solver.
