Location: Nasr City
Job Description:
-To provide a professional first point of contact for the Customer.
-Act as the point of reference and mentor for the team.
-Share experience and knowledge within the team.
-Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching.
-Buddy up the newcomers through their induction phase.
-Technical knowledge and overall skills enhancement.
-Create, validate and update technical documents and knowledge documents.
-Undertake the daily incident management tasks.
-Undertake any other assigned reasonable task by the manager.
-Owns the chronic and complex problems / incidents and drive those incidents for quick and efficient solution.
-Acts as a delegate for the team leader when needed.
-Participate in the training delivery program (customer, technical, process).
-Participate in the new services/customers and offers handover to operation.
-Participate in the overall team improvement, including customer support and KPIs improvement.
Job Requirements:
-Advanced communication skills.
-Interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
-Fluent in English (French & German is a plus).
-Consulting and problem solving skills.
-Able to work efficiently and independently to meet deadlines.
-Able to understand complex customer infrastructure and good understanding of services offered.
-Ability to work under pressure & multitasking skills are required.
-Innovative, team player & agile.
-Solid knowledge of Orange technologies and offers (certificates are a plus)
