Job Requirements:

  • Degree level qualification in business, IT or another related field.
  • Experience with Cisco’s CCW pricing and configuration tool.
  • Sales experience that gives the confidence to collaborate with Orange sales people, Partner Execs and Partner Sales Manager community.
  • Comfortable calling customer’s services chase up on quotes and check levels of satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the Service Provider market and how Service Providers operate within this market.
  • The ability to think strategically, whilst remaining amiable, calm, focused and positive whilst working in a fast-moving, and at times demanding, environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong motivation and self-driven.
  • An understanding of business organisations and their buying cycles
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Job Description:

  • Building professional networks within Orange, Cisco and other strategic partners
  • Developing and maintaining business relationships
  • Managing relationships with Cisco to build the OBS brand and business
  • Strengthening existing Cisco relationships and collaborations
  • Acting as a point of escalation on complex issues and providing appropriate support to internal team members
  • Understanding new and emerging Cisco technologies and business trends and feedback ideas for solution development
  • Understanding business transformation in the form of new Cisco solution/service offerings
  • Creation and articulation of Unique OBS Value Propositions & Differentiation
  • Analysing and reporting on Cisco initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for overall growth and engagement
  • Maximising front and back end processes such as Cisco rebate programs, incentives, etc.
  • Managing business reporting such as order placement, tracking Cisco rebates, services attach rates, services renewals, program usage, profitability
  • Driving documented business pipeline reviews
  • Communicating partner programs and processes to internal departments
  • Working with COE in India to ensure CCW competence with respect to Resale, CMSP, quoting, ordering, maximising Cisco program usage, issue resolution, Deal ID’s RNSD’s, etc.
  • Managing Certification and Partner requirements.
  • Facilitating Internal & External QBR’s and Business Reviews
  • Maintaining and improving business profitability
