Job Description:
SFS Communication:
- Coordinating the organization of promotions or events.
- Implement promotional communication to network STAFF and ensure the execution.
- Regular field visits to implement animations and promotions.
- Make sur implementation team help dealer resolve their specific problems linked to operation execution.
- Make competition check in terms of animation and promotion
- Ensure deployment of all marketing tolls and support in the network
- Maintain a clear database of all communication equipment
- Maintain a clear planning of all communication equipment availability
- In charge of promotion coding
SFS Development:
- Participate in designing SFS offering and integrate them in station layout.
- Responsible for costing of all renovation projects and new opening (excl specific Catman projects).
- Attend rollout meeting works follow up with engineering department.
- Deploying TOTAL/CAR Wash concept across the network: Studying the profitability of each project.
SFS Operations:
- Ensure Implementation of all SFS concepts: Shop Deals, F&B offering and communication.
- Helps site managers to install the deals /concept/flow charts defined by the Category Managers.
- Follow-up on SFS implementation performance within the network, organize deals follow up meetings.
- Forward information concerning any major anomalies to the TM / REGIONAL / CATMAN and propose / implement remedial actions.
- Help and support the SFS implementers to become the main focal point on SFS for Tm’s.
- He optimizes sales and margins for each shop, seeing to observance of the SFS policy and standards.
- Help the operators comply with HSEQ rules and regulations
- Implement tools for shop manager and assistant.
- Attend NFR meeting
- Create and update an operational check list and report and follow the KPI
TOTAL / CAR Wash:
- Develop Total wash concept (wash and roll over) and Car Wash concept.
- Create and update wash activities tools.
- Focus on chemicals consumption and Improve wash profitability.
- Implementation of TOTAL Wash in DO network: Developing revenue sharing business model.
- Defines the marketing policy for the WASH: packages, POS advertising, prices, etc.
- Follow the market and competitor wash activities closely and react in quick time.
- Results to be shared on a monthly basis with involved functions.
- Implementation of new innovative techniques (Cards, Apps)
- Animate the category
- Animate quarterly meeting with project stakeholders.
- Provide business review each quarter.
Job Requirements:
- University degree
- Fluent English, French is a plus
- Experience 3-5 years in sales/marketing
- Communication skills
- Curiosity and an aptitude for seeking out information and solutions
- Attentions to details and quality
- Financial awareness
- Ability of training others
- Computer skills (Office pack)
