Job Description:

Responsible for the implement and manage of the following technologies:
Win Server 2016, ADC, DNS, DHCP, WDS, WSUS, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint
Online, Virtualization: VMware Vsphere up to 6.7
Backup & Replication solutions (VEEAM), Network Infrastructure, Citrix XenApp Remote app
MS Office technologies which includes SharePoint and Project Servers
Avaya Administration monitoring of the Avaya System, Contact Center infrastructure, and voicemail system, user, recording, reporting.
Prepared and maintained documentation of technologies, standards and procedures
Participate in DISASTER RECOVERY planning and conduct the Disaster Recovery
Testing
Train users on the proper use of hardware and software
Solve problems when a user or an automated monitoring system informs them that a problem exists
Manage an organization’s servers and desktop and mobile
Ensure that email and data storage networks work properly.
Make sure that employees’ workstations are working efficiently and stay connected to the central computer network
Participate in decisions about buying future hardware or software to upgrade their organization’s network.
Provide technical support to computer users, and they also may supervise computer support specialists who help solve users’ problems.
Install and Configure Fingerprint, Network Camera, NVR , CCTV Camera & DVR
Install and Configure copier machine and printers
