Assurance – Digital Trainer (Manager)at PWC –  UAE

Job Description:

  •  Deliver technical data analytics training to beginners and advanced professionals
    •    Deliver awareness training for management and business users
    •    Create course content for different audience levels and industries
    •    Understand client’s training requirements and design learning journeys and programmes to address those requirements
    •    Participating in events and conferences to help increase awareness on data analytics
    •    Contribute actively in various business development efforts
    •    Work with colleagues across PwC offices supporting our clients and internal initiatives
    •    Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Job Requirements:

         Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics.

Relevant Experience:

  •    Years of Experience: 8 – 10 years of experience in analytics field. 3 – 5 years of experience in training delivery

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  •  Big 4 experience is a plus
    •    In depth understanding of predictive analytics, machine learning, social network analysis and data visualisation.
    •    Excellent organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise work load whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
    •    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), particularly ability to articulate concepts and recommendations in written form (PowerPoint reports, data visualization etc.).
    •    The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project dictates.
    •    Strong ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis.
    •    Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team with a fast pace and a high energy that will translate into a high quality output.
    •    Demonstrated track record in business development and sales. Should have a track record in relationship management and business development.
    •    Should have gained previous experience in managing staff and the ability to demonstrate leadership skills.
    •    Proven strong conceptualized thinking and analytical capabilities.
    •    Demonstrated high quality planning and execution capabilities.
