About The Job

This job is a member of the Sales Technology team, within the Corporate Technology Division. This role is responsible for transforming requirements into architecture and design documents that can be used to deliver the end solution. The qualified candidate will be a key resource in leading technical aspects involved in delivering Sales initiatives.

 

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

• Refines and/or redesigns application architecture to meet the organization’s changing business requirements, integrate each application solution into the broader business and IT ecosystem
• Responsible for technology solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application, Business Object and Data Layer
• Performs technical requirements gathering, use-case discovery, and platform analysis
• Generates architecture recommendations that perform and scale well at enterprise level
• Develops and maintains software requirements specification and architecture documents
• Responsible for performance optimization
• Works in conjunction with Enterprise architects on multiple technical initiatives
• Identifies and defines integration points with third party solutions
• Underrating of scripting (eScript), business service, Workflows, Components & business process

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology , Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• 5 years of data architecture, data science, or data analysis experience
• 2 years architectural and design experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, Microsoft Portal, CRM Data Model, Cloud technologies – especially Microsoft Azure, Reporting tools – especially Power BI
• Strong implementation experience in XRM framework, CRM Email Server Synchronization, SDK, ADFS, Business Process Flow, Portable Business Logic Designer, and Real-time Workflows
• Clear understanding of Application, Database Security, Application Security, Integration, Cloud and Application Design Principles
• Experienced with at least 3 or more full life cycle CRM implementations
• Extensive experience in software life cycle (development, deployment, and operations support) is required
• Experience in working in AGILE framework
• Ability to lead and mentor developers – both onshore and offshore

• Show initiative, is a self-starter, able to handle multiple priorities and has excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills
• Proficient in EAI Enterprise Application Integration (Web services, VBC*s, XML*s)
• Extensive experience in Data Import, Export and Migration using EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager), VBC and EAI
• Understanding of hardware architectures (e.g., servers, memory, I/O subsystems, storage devices)

• 7 years of data architecture, data science, or data analysis experience
• 3 years architectural/design experience, or technical/team leadership experience
• Airline industry experience
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
• Ability to explain technical concepts and adjust messaging based on the audience, including non-technical groups
• Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills, collaboration, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently
