Every day, we go beyond what's expected and reach for the remarkable, together. **YOUR ROLE** Role Summary The Content Marketing Program Manager is a subject matter expert, accountable for site content and merchandising for As.com. This role exercises considerable judgement to make decisions on all content marketing on our website and ensures performance for the channels driving traffic to those pages. This role provides recommendations to address search engine optimization, digital marketing channels, and user experience. Scope & Complexity As an individual contributor, this position runs content optimization and search engine optimization activities for Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air Key Duties - Act as a subject matter expert, accountable for site content and merchandising for AS.com - Manage projects to support the larger content and personalization strategy that aims to prioritize messages to the right audiences to improve conversion rate, driving both revenue and loyalty growth - Establish and analyze site metrics to identify future opportunities to optimize content against audiences - Build scalable practices and processes that help develop, source, execute, govern and manage content that supports and maps to all phases of the traveler's journey - Partner with the UX team to define information architecture and taxonomy of supported applications and sites - Apply deep knowledge of site content and search optimization strategy to make recommendations for scalable content creation that align with general SEO best practices - Provide feedback on performance of SEO tools/software (SEOMoz, Botify, Google Analytics, and Adobe Omniture Site Catalyst) and utilizes these tools to conduct keyword research and related analysis to support overall SEO best practices. - Conduct comprehensive content audits that encompass what we have, what we're missing and what we need to make us successful - Influence cross-functionally and partner/build relationships with stakeholders to manage the holistic picture of what is happening on our site and supported applications (i.e. UX team, E-Comm developers, A/B testing, marketing, and revenue management) to support creation of high-value content that comply with industry rules and regulations Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills Required - A minimum of 4 years of experience in email marketing and content development, including some SEO experience - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related area, or two years of additional marketing training/experience in lieu of this degree - Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable learning new data analysis tools - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) - Proactive and eager to constantly seek out opportunities to make an impact - Ability to understand the details while communicating the high-level outcome - Superior written and verbal communication skills, with excellent people skills, to interact with digital E-commerce teams, stakeholders, analytics, IT, and other cross-functional teams Preferred - Demonstrated skill with technical tools & processes through website management, SEO, digital marketing, and data analysis (e.g. Sitecore CMS, Botify, Omniture Site Catalyst, Google Analytics) Job-Specific Leadership Expectations Embody our values to own safety, do the right thing, be kind-hearted, deliver performance, and be remarkable. **EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY** Horizon Air and Alaska Airlines are equal opportunity employers.
