​​​​​JOB CONTEXT:

• The BMS Commissioning Technician will be totally responsible for the Program / Commission of projects and promotes safe working practices

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and to complete Shop Drawings
• Site Coordination with both Consultant and client
• Manage subcontractors and ensure deadlines are met
• Manage and issue the delivery notes and purchase requests
• Program the controllers of JCI, PLC, etc. and handle the integration between the systems
• Pre-Commission, Commission and demonstrate control systems and field controls
• Write and commission software and graphics when required to meet job specifications.

 

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

• Diploma In Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

 

Minimum Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in BMS Project Handling and Commissioning, minimum 2 years in GCC.

 

Job-Specific Skills:

• BMS or Installation and commissioning of JCI System
• Knowledge in HVAC applications, products
• Excellent Spoken and Writen English lauguage skills 

 

Job-Additional Skills:

• PLC Programming and Commissioning
• Lighting Control System Programming, DALI/KNX
