About the Job:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Fast Repair Supervisor for Al Futtaim Aftersales Services in Dubai. The main purpose of the role is to provide an excellent aftersales service to the customer whilst ensuring the achievement and exceeding monthly target. You will assist in any problems that the technicians are having and carry out regular site visits to ensure standards are maintained.

Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:

• Maintain the discipline of the service establishment, safe and clean area through strict adherence of company rules, regulations and procedures
• Help and advice Technicians and customers as required ensuring a high standard of delivery on time. Ensure to maintain the Fix it right at first time ratio
• Keep up with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
• Perform other tasks assigned by immediate manager, if necessary
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the related business SOPs
• Comply with the ALAC Quality Management System and participate with organization’s improvement activities
• Carry out work with care ensuring not to endanger the life either of themselves or others by theirs acts or omissions whilst complying with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.

 

About You: 

The ideal candidate for this role should be a Technical School Graduate or a Degree or Diploma holder. You should have at least a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Fast Repair Supervisor or Site Supervisor or Branch In-Charge in Tyre or Automotive industry. You should be able to perform minor and major repairs of tyres & batteries and other mechanical services. You must have technical knowledge of paint and repairs. You should have strong administrative and interpersonal skills and be able to display excellent communication skills with an ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude while being able to work well with others. Candidates with UAE driving license is highly preferred for this role.
