About the Team

The CSRE will be responsible for assisting in the development of an enterprise wide strategy roadmap for cyber security and risk management. Based on risk inputs and business exposures the CSRE will assist in design and implementation of a new Security Operations Centre. The CSRE will work to improve the NIST CSF maturity rating/tiering and reduce IT risk in-line with respective lines of business risk appetites.
Just to mention a few about the tasks that you will be doing (we all know that it could be more than these)
Drive business and cyber risk strategy alignment, design and implement Security Operations Centre, innovate and instigate transitional change to manage risk through valued investments, integrate with the business to educate, advise, and influence activities with cyber risk implications, protect business assets by understanding the threat landscape and managing the effectiveness of the cyber risk program, assess and implement security technologies and standards to build and enhance organizational security capabilities, assess and implement security technologies and standards to build and enhance organizational security capabilities, drive cyber security maturity to the next level, review and approve security policies, controls and cyber incident response plans.
Do you have what it takes?
Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Should also have one of the certifications CISSP, CCSK, CISA/CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, PMI-RMP, CRMA, GRCP.
Minimum of 16 years of experience in Information Security & IT Risk domains. Knowledge in NIST CSF, ISO27000, ISO31000/27005, PCI-DSS, CSA, COBIT, ITIL, etc.
Base experience in technology or risk department and have managed the overall Information/Cyber Security, risk management lifecycle or governance cycle. Must have experience in implementing Security Operations Centres, policy writing, held a senior management levels for a minimum of 5 years and handled strategic deployments.
