General Manager, Aftersales - Toyota - Al Futtaim - UAE

 

Reporting to the: MD Toyota

Direct Reports: 4 (2 Regional After Sales Managers, 1 Distributor After Sales Manager, 1 Aftersales Operations Manager)

Job Purpose and Context:

The GM Aftersales reports to the MD; and their role is to create a Customer Centric Sales Organization driven by highly engaged Sales Professionals that live the Al Futtaim Values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration & Excellence.

 

This role holder needs to be exceptional at Driving Performance and Influencing a very broad set of stakeholders to achieve the results required (both inside and outside the organizational hierarchy).

 

To deliver on ‘Best in Town’ Customer Net Promotor Score, achieve budgeted Net sales, and Net Profit for Toyota Aftersales by developing a highly talented and driven service organization that is a role model of Al Futtaim Values, true to Toyota Brand, and extremely Customer driven.

 

Minimum Experience:

15-20 years in Automotive After Sales with 8+ years in P&L Management position

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Graduate in a Technical Degree (Engineering or Automotive equivalent). Postgraduate in Business management would be an added advantage.

 

Job-Specific Skills:

P&L Management, After Sales KPIs and operating model experience in large national organizations, Toyota Service experience. Automotive Technical know-how.

 

Behavioural Competencies:

Excellent communication skills, Excellent leadership skills, People focus and Excellent Customer handling skills. Exceptional influencing/negotiation skills.
