JOB PURPOSE:

To manage the driver and the vehicles belongs to his branch in professional and efficient manner providing best in class customer service by adhering to agreed Hertz standards concerning vehicle check out, delivery, collections, exchanges and transfers process and provide valid reports all the time also to create positive relation with Abu Dhabi Municipality employees and managers

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks

 

  • Deliver all required reports in a relevant, timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare reports on violators of cars and traffic violations follow up and coordinate with the drivers and municipality employees for the payment.
  • Conduct an asset availability and capabilities check at beginning of every shift (driver attendance + all vehicles ready and keep control of fuel cards and vehicles keys
  • Ensure vehicles inspection before tasks allocation and make sure that all are clean and damage free
  • Customer complaints and resolution
  • Grooming and Al-Futtaim way behaviour
  • System and process  

 

JOB CONTEXT: Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job

Position is required for the duration of the agreement with Abu Dhabi Municipality and extension is dependent on contract renewal

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High school with valid UAE Driving License

 

Job-Specific Skills: Good command of English/Arabic, knowledge of vehicle operations.

 

Behavioural Competencies: Customer focused, Good communication skills, Effective listening and Customer focus
