Job Title:                            Talent & Leadership Manager

Reporting Manager:       Director Talent & Development

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • Champion Al-Futtaim Group efforts to attract, train and keep the best employees
  • Focus on designing and implementing programs for performance management, leadership development, employee assessment and succession planning
  • Support the diagnoses of organizational Group-wide talent and leadership needs, identify appropriate solutions and develop project plans, frameworks and governance to successfully implement strategic and sustainable solutions into Al-Futtaim Group.
  • Responsible for talent & leadership projects with the aim to strengthen and fully integrate current activities (e.g. Talent Review, Strategic Manpower Planning) and support establishing a strong Talent & Leadership function.
  • Responsible for the governance and enhancement of talent processes and systems, reporting and analysis to drive usage and support internal talent supply and demand management. Responsible for the diagnosis, solution, implementation and maintenance of Talent & Leadership Reporting for the Group.

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Education:

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree and/or relevant professional qualification relating to business, consultancy
  • Project management qualification/certification
  • Change management qualification/certification
  • Coaching Qualification

 

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience working in HR in large MNC/blue chip or top consulting firm
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Arabic would be a plus
  • Deep experience/knowledge of talent management, talent development, succession management, organisational effectiveness, performance management
  • IT/SAP-SuccessFactors experience
  • Project and change management experience
  • Data analysis, Reporting governance and creation experience
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders across a complex organisation

 

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Project Management skills (including management of risks and issues, budgets and timelines)
  • Consulting skills, analytical skills and problem solving
  • Knowledge of current talent and leadership practices and methodologies and systems.

  • Ability to coach, collaborate and transfer knowledge for the benefit of the enterprise
