Commercial Parts Sales Executive (Trucks, Buses, Heavy Equipment) - FAMCO Al Futtaim - Dubai

 

This requirement supports our busy National FAMCO Parts Division (commercial truck, bus & heavy equipment) based in Rashidiya - Dubai.

To be a qualified applicant you should have a minimum of 4 - 6 years’ experience in spare parts operations, preferably at a commerical automotive parts sales counter / whole sales, customer inquiries/visit & warehouse Operation. 

 

Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 4 - 6 years’ work experience in automotive or equipment spare parts especially Heavy Commercial Vehicles, industrial products & Construction Equipments

Job-Specific Skills:

• PC applications. Knowledge of SAP / ERP preferred.
• Communication: Needs to have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Relationship building: Needs to have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers.
• Interpersonal Understanding: Needs to understand other people. Needs ability to hear accurately and understand the unspoken or partly expressed thoughts, feelings and concerns of others.
•  Has to have crosscultural sensitivity
