Technical Advisor - Toyota Aftersales - Al Futtaim - Al Ain 

 

The primary function of the Technical Advisor (TA) is the symptom confirmation, diagnosis & repair of complex customer vehicle concerns based on direct interaction & road test with the customer, to identify the location, source and magnitude of the customer complaint.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Education:

• Degree/ Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
• Further Certification of Technical Development and Technical Skills
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
• Knowledge of analysing work structure
• Comfortable of communication in English
• Problem solving
• Keen attention to detail
• Capability of working on multi – nationalities

 

Duties:

• The Technical Advisor is in-charge of providing support to Distributor NTL Staff.

 

• Work in alignment with the Toyota Retail Aftersales Vision & Mission
• Collaborate with other Divisions such as AFM Distributor Operations- Technical Team, Automotive Training Technical Department & other branches to maximise an overall business benefits.

 

• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as the Aftersales Branch Managers,
• Reception Managers/Supervisors, Workshop Managers/Supervisors in monitoring & evaluating quality performance against set standards.
