About The Job

The Cargo organization is looking for an innovative, creative and dynamic senior analyst to plan and lead digital marketing initiatives.  In this role you will help to identify and promote customer centric solutions on aacargo.com and other online platforms that will establish the air cargo industry’s most innovative and customer focused digital experience. 

 

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • Analyze the customer digital experience through collaboration with numerous stakeholders from various Cargo departments, soliciting customer feedback, and competitive analysis
  • Utilize customer insights and analytics to better understand customer behavior and deliver on monetization opportunities
  • Identify and define customer desired features and functionality enhancements
  • Utilize knowledge of evolving online trends and new digital technologies to determine solutions that will exceed our customers' expectations
  • Prioritize and justify enhancement projects utilizing relevant data
  • Develop project plans and materials to assist in the advancement of digital objectives
  • Promote key digital initiatives to customers through effective collaboration and relationship building with the marketing and global sales teams
  • Develop and enact strategies to drive efficient and effective online distribution of Cargo’s products and services
  • Report on progress towards digital goals to senior management
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years relevant experience
  • Strong leadership skills in leading and motivating others to successfully accomplish tasks and objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, contribute and present at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills including experience in quantitative and qualitative research, tracking results using web analytics tools and interpreting key learnings for future decision making
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven experience participating in cross-functional teams and influencing impactful outcomes across organizations with evolving objectives
  • Results driven action-oriented and ability to act intuitively, while following sound strategy
  • Ability to effectively organize and complete multiple projects and priorities on schedule with a strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of web, mobile web/app, and social technologies
  • Familiarity with agile development principles and processes
  • Be creative and have fun while maintaining a high performance level and delivering strong results.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired, MBA or equivalent a plus
