Sr Systems Analyst M2m Service Readiness at Vodafone

Location: Smart Village

Job Description:

Qualifying, assessment and scoping of a IoT Feature Releases including managing the different stakeholder interests
Management and co-ordination of an IOT Release ensuring scope, quality and on-time delivery across virtual teams and vendors.
Ensure the operational readiness of IoT Feature Release
Own and maintain the Solution Transition Release Management process.
Review, generate andpresent reporting to stakeholders and Senior Management.

Job Requirements:

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

Strong experience in Agile-Delivery or DevOps methodology
Proven Project/Release management skills and track record of successful delivery in the Telecoms industry and/or large Enterprise IT business; Customer Operations experience would be an advantage
Ability to communicate complex messages in a simple way in a multiculturalenvironment to both management and working level. Strong communication and decision making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests and manageescalations
Very strong Analytic and Problem-solving skills to be cable to recognize patterns and opportunities for improvements
Knowledge with tools as JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub

Key performance indicators:

Ownership of release performance indicators including performance measurement, gap analysis and reporting
On-time with right quality delivering of releases
