Job Description:

  • Implement and manage the research needs for all (“Home & Convergence,Triple Play, Data and Non-Voice) segments and functions within Orange.
  • Work Closely in particular with commercial managers to deliver real insights about current base competition and prospects.
  • Manage a broad range of research projects related to continuous Adhoc research studies.
  • Review and Finalize the research suppliers’ proposed plans for the requested studies.
  • Manage the the research suppliers’ communication to ensure insights meet the mission with critical timelines.
  • Assess and present the implications from the research findings and their impact on Orange business.
  • Design new research surveys, including development of questionnaires, and designing sampling approaches and structure.
  • Run special statistical analysis and Cross tabulations needed to meet specific requests and data interpretation.
  • Demonstrate high level of dedication and professionalism by working under pressure and maintaining high productivity even under shortage of the Internal team members and in case of absence of Senior Executives from the External agencies’ side.
  • Provide meaningful recommendations to the internal clients regarding the requested studies.
  • Construct clear summary reports and dashboards for the management that provide the recent trends,awareness,behavior of the target market.
  • Carry out market analysis of existing products and services mainly for the Home and convergence unit in addition to the ELOB segment to ensure the company’s offerings are meeting market needs.

Job Requirements:

         Education:

•    Bachelors Degree in Business or Economics and Political Science.

  • MBA or related post-graduate studies is a plus.

    Relevant Experience:

  • 5 years experience in research.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Fluent English both spoken and written.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Good understanding and practical knowledge of sales and marketing operation analysis & methodologies. As well very good knowledge of telecom technology & generations (gsm/gprs/edge/umts/hsdpa).
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of research methodologies.
  • Ability to manage the external partners.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  •   Demonstrate personal initiative and superior interpersonal skills.
