Job Description:
- Support the strategy head in formalizing strategic diagnostic and future implementation plans. Gather empirical data that allows for comparative assessments and outlines a clear roadmap for improvements and opportunities both commercially and operationally.
- Revenue – Support driving industry specific strategy to enable focused targeting of high-growth sectors with desirable characteristics
Customer – Develop and deploy tools that support deeper understanding of industry business models improves cross-sell of fee-based products, anticipate client needs, help relationship teams foster and build stronger, longer lasting relationships
Risk/Pricing – Support segments to develop alongside risk special credit policies incorporating industry-specific risk considerations, supporting stronger credit decisions and higher credit limits
People – Enhance front-line effectiveness by focusing on designing programs that encourage to “build a business” in a vertical with tailor made training and accreditation, leading to higher engagement scores and lower attrition
Productivity– Improve revenue per RM enabled by full wallet approach and increased cross-sell activity; Improve client declining within an industry vertical as well as client concentration
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience / consultancy firms and a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years of relevant professional experience and a master’s degree.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Solid understanding of the corporate business UAE and International with good knowledge of how the industry is developing.
- Strong customer focus and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadline constraints.
- Ability to network effectively at all levels and influence without direct management oversight.
- Demonstrated strength in problem solving and analytics and capable of driving insight to action.
- Ability to articulate with strong presentation skills and to contribute to executive-level discourse; excellent written communication abilities.
- Able to operate within a team environment.
- High level of competence with Microsoft Office suite (in particular, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills) is essential.
