Job Description:
- Manager, supervise the unit to achieve its objective in line with the goal of Admin. Dept.
- Improve; strengthen the service of telephone information service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to telephone enquiries incoming / outgoing in order to guide the customers in right direction.
- Enhancing the information system with PABX enabling to give effective service.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching, counselling for PABX staff.
- Recording international calls chargeability to CAD to debit accordingly.
- Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships
- Giving support, services of telephone system on line with quality ,respond on time the framework of policy with regards to authority delegated
- As services provider, always keep good relations with customers at all level
Job Requirements:
Relevant Experience:
- 3 – 5 years experience with a reputed company on PABX telephone system.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Excellent command in spoken, written English.
- Knowledge of spoken Arabic is must.
