JOB PURPOSE:

To coordinate the Sales & Marketing activities of Mazda/Suzuki/HCV/Agriculture with an aim of maintaining and further developing sales, trading products and services.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks.

 

Description of the Accountability:

  • Conduct market research as relates to Mazda/Suzuki/HCV/Agriculture with an aim of positioning Hughes presence in markets where it is lacking.
  • Establish new and maintain current fleet sales relationships with corporate customers.
  • Conduct extensive marketing and create sales for the Mazda/Suzuki/HCV/Agriculture Franchises.
  • Carry out relevant market research and competitor surveys to remain acutely aware of competing products strengths and weaknesses.
  • Identify opportunities, work on weaknesses and take advantage of strengths to increase sales.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • University degree with a bias in Sales & Marketing.

Minimum Experience:  

  • 3 years experience in a busy vehicle service setting.
