HR Specialist – Lifecycle & Project Management at Henkel
Location: Heliopolis
Job Description:
- Serve as the point of contact for all employees related to personnel administration topics
- Complete all assigned tickets within the guidelines and SLAs (Hiring, Domestic Transfers, Promotions, Salary Increase, Award Payments, Exits, HR Letters, Contract Renewal and End of Probation) with ensuring completeness of the work flow documents and manuals
- Automate manual process steps and implement successful continuous improvement projects
- Provide end-to-end project management with the collaboration of internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor & track progress and ensure projects delivery
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short & long-term goals
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Fluent English speaker. French is a plus
- Proficient user of MS Office applications and specific expertise in Excel (v-lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Experience in project management and information technologies is preferable
