Job Description:

-Oversee the in-house pharmacists and doctors, who act as patients’ account managers

-Plan and implement an innovative virtual pharmacy care program for patients

-Strive to enhance patient experience and care

-Identify and manage patients with chronic diseases

-Overlook the full process from transcription to Drug-Drug interaction to offering proper pharmacy support to the patient

-Set SLAs for the Care Team to meet patients’ expectations and make sure the SLAs are met at all times

-Identify areas of improvement for the care team to improve patients’ delightful experience

-Monitor, analyze and report on established performance metrics on a regular basis

-Ensure the effective application and ongoing performance of internal controls

-Oversee and adjust all workflow, space and systems processes as needed to meet operational requirements

-Manage, delegate and train the sub-ordinate employees

-Drive the team to achieve planned goals

-Participate in the hiring process for sub-ordinate positions

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, MBA is a plus
Relevant Experience:
7+ years’ experience in the healthcare segment in Egypt 7+ years’ experience in the healthcare segment in Egypt

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

-Has extensively worked in pharmacies/chain pharmacies

-Demonstrated ability to effectively lead team
