Assistant Mall Store Manager - Exciting new opportunity with Toyota Al Futtaim - Dubai

 

Toyota Al Futtaim is proud to be opening a brand new automotive concept store in Dubai Festival City  Mall. Our unique 'mall based' store will the first of its kind in the UAE and will allow for a completely new customer experience with the use of digital technology / virtual reality coupled with physical representations of our vehicles. This is truly a new and exciting buyer experience for our customers. And with this in mind, we are now on the lookout for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join us!

 

Leading a small yet passionate team of sales executives, your role will be to drive the sales of New/and Toyota pre-owned vehicles, volumizing gross margins by coaching, guiding and providing feedback to a team of sales.  Closing deals effectively second facing every customer to maximise the customer experience. Maximise the sale of finance and insurance product.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: 

Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.

Written/Spoken English & Arabic is a must.

 

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 2 – 5 years Sales Operations Experience in running a team effectively.

 

Job-Specific Skills:

•            Able to communicate fluently in English and Arabic (Spoken & Written).

•            Excellent People management skills

•            Strong coaching, mentoring and interpersonal skills.

•            Strong analytical skills.

•            Partnering, delivering excellence and leading people.

•            Strong understanding of Microsoft Office

•            Able to lead, motivate and develop the team, give clear direction and feed back in order to improve performance.

•            Clear understanding of all aspects of customer services and ability to demonstrate commitment to continuous Improvement.
