About the Position:

Al Futtaim Aftersales Services UAE is currently looking to recruit a Head of E-Commerce – Automotive to implement and manage E-commerce & digital initiatives for Aftersales products (Service, Parts, Tyres, and Battery and Car care products). Your responsibility includes managing E-commerce P&L, partner relationship, built annual & future digital strategy and market intelligence. You will play a role to educate business on current & future digital & ecommerce industry trends and developments. 

 

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage E-commerce business for B2C Aftersales products and achieve annual financial targets
  • Launch E-commerce website and manage timely project implementation as per business need.
  • Monitor digital & social media KPI’s on daily basis and implement countermeasure plan
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plan on timely manner.
  • Responsible for pricing and market intelligence
  • Develop annual and 5-year digital strategy for Aftersales products
  • Principal, stake holder and Internal / External partner management. Role includes travelling.
  • Manage digital team and implement actions to grow associate engagement

 

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of 6 to 8 years’ experience in direct E-Commerce role, preferably in Automotive Aftersales i.e., Parts, Tyres, Battery and Service. You must have an experience in managing Manage E-commerce P&L and a strong knowledge of website management & E-commerce usability. You must have the ability to launch E-commerce website.  Strong knowledge of web and social media KPI’s and search engine optimization is a must!
