JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the provision of day to day technical communication and coaching directly to Sales staff and Requires providing technical reports, support to internal departments and external customers.
This role is mission-critical in the achievement and execution of Sales.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks
1.Technical Support
Provide prompt Technical support to client and sales.
Conduct and conclude productive and effective Early Detection Early Resolution activities.
Receive Quotes from Sales Department and coordinate directly with Truck fabricators. Visit with the Sales team on customer site to take full brief and take responsibility of providing the right consultation
Study Feasibility of application by providing the most competitive, profitable and quantitative option and to ensure that fabrication specification is as per security, compatibility and customer guidelines and standards Assist with resolution to post-delivery problems reported by customer or Govt departments.
2.Support to Principles
Conduct and complete implementation of new projects, product evaluation.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of technical problems by collecting information and service activity to enhance product quality.
JOB CONTEXT: Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job
Support Customer Relations Dept., Sales & Marketing and Fleet.
Support External and Internal Customers with a continuous improvement mindset in achieving Customer Satisfaction and product improvement goals.
