Job Description:
- Monitors daily workflow and ensures that correct procedures are followed
·Coaches and guides the team members.
· Managing the team members leaves.
·Prepared efficient reports to monitor daily production variances
·Monitor all calls to ensure that procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to
·Facilitate and organize training session for all agents.
Job Requirements:
