Job Description:

  • Act as a coordinator between the recruitment department and the other departments
  • Track daily scheduled interviews
  • Ensure that the recruitment software is applied and updated.
  • Follow up with validated candidates and deliver feedback.
  • Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job.
  • Very good English.
  • Good user of MS Office.
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important Tasks.
  • Aiming to learn and grow within the company.
  • Energetic and friendly.
