Job Description:

ead infrastructure strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, Prioritizing initiatives with key stakeholders and coordinating the evaluation, deployment of current and future IT systems in line with general IT strategy
Develop and maintain an appropriate organizational capability that supports the needs of the business in conjunction with the other IT functions
Direct IT Technology Roadmap and annual operating and capital budget
Assess, communicate and mitigate risks associated with IT investment and operation
Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level, agreements and monitoring the performance
Manage IT infrastructure and security to maximize uptime and protection of Data
Ensure having standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to staff
Driving initiatives regarding improvements to existing processes, provide feedback, develop new practices and procedures, support audit initiatives in order to scale with the rapid expansion of the infrastructure and customer base
Drive the operational excellence in everything; this includes but not limited to creating process, procedures, and automation to improve efficiency in our day to day tasks and projects
