Job Description:

To ensure customers are dealt with in a professional and timely manner projecting a good image of the DFC Automall showroom.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend all telephone and drop in customers in a professional manner and guide them to the concern person/staff.
  • Ensure that the customer’s expectations always meet or exceed the standard set by Automall showrooms
  • Tracking of incoming telephone calls and walk-in customers
  • Monitor pantry and stationery stocks, prepare requisition and inventory list every 18th of the month.
  • Report and raise a job card of all maintenance issue to FM team and follow-up for completion.
  • Assist the team in raising service request to EIT
  • Monitor and track all test drives being conducted.
  • Assist the team by assigning enquiries in Fast Track from contact center.
  • Calling all lost customers from Fast Track.

 

Qualifications, Experience& Skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High School Diploma or equivalent is a must;

Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Reception role

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent MS office skills
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Good command in English
  • Customer service oriented
  • Knowledge in operating various office equipment
