IT BI Operations & Compliance Consultant at Henkel

Location: Heliopolis

Job Description:

Support the safeguarding and improving of current & next-generation BI applications to further improve and stabilize the BI environment
Work closely with the strategic BI providers and review the delivered quality of service, compliance to contract content according to Henkel corporate standards
Gather insights into application and other BI system related performance, define appropriate test cases and deliver regular trend analyses
Execute test cases for maintenance measures (e.g. regression, performance) on a regular basis and those for projects on-demand (e.g. per sprint)
Execute the collection of the monthly business feedback on BI services
Consult in the area of BI application testing, providing guidance to project teams on what test cases could be, scope of definition, and best practice on implementation

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Engineering, or any relevant study
Relevant Experience:
2-5 years of experience
