Job Description:
2ndLine Technical support for Data services, and supporting relevant teams.
Troubleshooting & problem analysis/solving for complicated/advanced Data services and handling nodes, providing RCA and preventive actions.
Handling emergencies related to Data services, to minimize customer experience within the agreed upon time frame, and with minimal impact on the service and business.
Technical reference for all team members in emergency cases and complicated problems.
Assessing & implementing all configuration changes on all relevant nodes, following SM guidelines.
Acceptance and testing for new nodes & services implemented.
Assessing & Implementing S/W corrections/patches and upgrades for all relevant nodes & services.
Vendor management, tracking and following up for the escalated problems, planning for nodes maintenance activities (software maintenance, upgrades and preventive maintenance), tracking nodes roadmap.
Ensuring Highest Quality of service delivered to customers, via quality measures and KPIs challenges.
Preparing procedures and guidelines for various team activities/tasks, to guarantee alignment of all team members.
Introducing relevant appropriate preventive actions to keep highest network availability.
Interpret daily data reports from Performance and Quality, providing proper actions resulting from findings.
Ensure all team activities are following Team’s procedures and processes, and change management process.
Building highest technical skills.
Ensure building technical skills of team members, and preparing the technical development path for the team members.
