Responsible to management for coordination of the overall operations within an assigned functional area.

What you'll do

 

  • Conducts agent observations and associated activities
  • Administers local training programs, responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization
  • Prepares customer correspondence, investigates discrepancies and compiles statistical data for reports
  • Assists management in the completion of admin duties to include the maintenance of required departmental records
  • Acts as a company representative when assigned.
  • Supervises passenger service personnel engaged in providing airport ticket counter and terminal services, including: ticketing, flight information, making and adjusting reservations, assigning seats, checking baggage, ticketing lift and lost and found. 
  • Provides technical guidance in resolving customer service and operational problems occuring during tour on duty.
  • Responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Passenger service experience required
  • High school diploma
  • Profile requirements as outlined in the passenger service manual section 10-7 reservations and ticket office edition
  • Above average administrative and analytical techniques
  • Demonstrates above average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand English and the native language
