  • ​Responsible for driving strategic assessments of the AAdvantage loyalty program.

What you'll do

  • Identifies and recommends opportunities for changes to AAdvantage to enhance customer loyalty and drive incremental value to American
  • Leads innovative loyalty projects, including leveraging flight data, competitive data and customer data to design and implement AAdvantage program and product enhancements that strengthen AA's relationship with customers
  • Performs analyses using database software and tools; producing thoughtful, actionable insights from data analyses and customer behavior observations, and using those insights to develop and present loyalty strategies
  • Facilitates extensive cross-departmental collaboration with Revenue Management, IT, Marketing, Sales and Finance

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 3 years of professional work experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Masters of Business Administration
  • Previous loyalty marketing, CRM, insights, customer behavioral sciences experience
  • Strategy experience in customer focused companies/industries
  • Strong communicator & story teller adept at bringing powerful insights and recommendations to life in narratives that can be shared across all levels of the organization
