About the Role

  • Responsible for supporting the marketing manager with implementing the marketing strategy, including events, online, digital and brand ambassador / customer liaison. The role will aim to support the marketing initiatives to maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas.

  • The role will develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services. The role will  encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities. The details of the role will vary depending on the type and size of employer, as well as the industry. The role will work closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution.

Marketing

  • Support the marketing manager during events and campaigns such as email campaigns, SMS campaigns, Door Drops, Seasonal Greetings etc.
  • Organise activations at malls, corporate offices and other public places for Lutetia by liaising with their management, reviewing plans and proposals and plan the activation along with the Marketing Manager
  • Assist with brand collateral – planning and printing required items
  • Assist with creating promotional campaigns (seasonal or product requirements)
  • Understand overall business strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Media planning and online purchasing for digital campaigns

 

Market research

  • Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences
  • Devise and present ideas and strategies based on market research
  • Compile and distribute financial and statistical information

 

Digital and Online Marketing

  • Ensure website content is always up to date and relevant by liaising with the marketing lead
  • Use digital analytics to come up with appropriate actions
  • produce written and multimedia content and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising
  • Assist the marketing manager in managing social media posts/ blogs related to the clinic

 

Reporting

  • Weekly meetings with the GM – reporting along with MM
  • Update current databases and CRM systems

 

About the Requirements

Education: Diploma / Degree in Media, PR and or Marketing  

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

Proven track record in sales

Total of 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing with at least 3 years in Healthcare industry

Experience in a customer service/ customer facing role

Proven market knowledge – Healthcare and Aesthetics

Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport 

Excellent time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to work well under pressure

High level of confidentiality

 

Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:

Experience in the Aesthetics industry in the UAE

Knowledge of all UAE healthcare regulations
