Job Description:
•Provide a second level of escalation (L3 support) for Office IT operations, Proficient on supporting any application based on Linux, Windows, VMware and Azure Cloud.
Job Requirements:
- ITI Program Graduate Cloud Track, is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with hands on experience on the mentioned technologies.
- PowerShell / Scripting experience is a must
- Excellent knowledge with Microsoft Technologies ( Windows Server, AD & Azure Cloud)
- Able to handle and resolve customer’s escalations and putting the customer comment and feedback always in front.
